Welcome to Parkside at Quail Ridge Condominium Association, Inc.  The entire association is comprised of 93 condo/townhouse units that were originally built in 2015.  Parkside Condos are situated on 3.5 acre landscaped park, conveniently located near Hwy 287 in south Longmont. It is only a 15-20 minute commute to Boulder. There is an RTD stop in the neighborhood. Located in St.Vrain School District.  The Parkside at Quail Ridge Condo Association property is located in the Quail Ridge Master Community in Longmont, CO.

BILLINGS: The 2021 Assessments are $235 per month, which includes a $45/mo Master HOA Assessment.  Assessments are due the 1st of the month, and are considered late if not received by the 15th of the month.  Any account with a balance due as of the 15th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.

PLEASE NOTE:  To provide Covid-19 Precautions, the next HOA Board Meeting will be held REMOTELY.

The next BOD Working Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 5:00pm via Zoom.

Please contact [email protected] for details on how to join by video conference or call in by phone.  Regular Board Meetings are open to all residents of the community.  Homeowner Open Forum is held at the beginning of each Board Meeting for homeowners to ask questions and share concerns and ideas with the Board. Date to be confirmed.

When Regular Board Meetings of the HOA  resume meeting in person, they are  held at the Foster Management Office located at 700 Ken Pratt Blvd., STE 111, Longmont, CO  80501. All homeowners and residents of the community are welcome to attend.
